Green Plant Organic Fertilizer Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of Havys Oil Mill Sdn Bhd. The company was incorporated in 2010 to focus in processing the industrial by-product from the palm oil mill. As Havys production capacity continues to increase, so does the quantity of industrial by-products. The conventional ways of disposing these by-products have become impractical and an alternative solution is required to solve this problem.
The palm oil by-products were mixed using a special formulation and allowed to undergo fermentation for a period of 45 days to produce superior quality palm-based organic fertilizer. During the fermentation process, a scientifically formulated biological cocktail was added to enhance the decomposition of palm oil by-products. This cocktail consists of 25 “super-strain” microbes that work together to transform and mobilize nutrient elements in the organic fertilizer into readily assimilable forms.
The factory of Green Plant Organic Fertilizer Sdn Bhd is located at Palong, Pahang, Malaysia. It occupies 5 acres of land area with approximately 9000 m² build up area. The current capacity of the production plant is about 1500 MT/month. The company is planning to expand the size of the production plant to increase its production capacity.
Green Plant Organic Fertilizer Sdn Bhd is operated and supported by a group of technical experts from various backgrounds. The company also has long term collaboration with the academic, research and commercial institutions, in order to gather knowledge and practical experiences to improve the technologies and products continuously. The company’s composting system and technologies are backed-up by research team for its functionality and tested by commercial sector for its efficiency.
